APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how this mobile application (the "Application") collects, uses and shares any that data that you submit while using this Application or any data collected by this Application. This Application is administrated by HomeSpotter, LLC for Prime Alliance Real Estate Services (these two shall be collectively referred to as the "App Admin"). CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
By using the Application you agree to the collection and use of information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. The App Admin shall have the right at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, to revise this Privacy Policy. If the App Admin makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, the App Admin will post a notification of such changes on the Application. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of the Application after such notice shall constitute your agreement to such changes.

COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA
You may submit data, including phone numbers, to the Application when you register to download the Application, when you activate the Application or when you use the Application. In addition, the Application will collect information regarding your use of the Application (the information so submitted or collected, including information that may identify you personally, including phone numbers as the supplier of information or the user of the Application, shall be collectively referred to as the "App Data").

HOW WE USE DATA
In general, the App Admin shall use the App Data to operate and maintain the Application. In addition, the App Admin may use the App Data to improve the Application, make the Application more relevant to your use or promote goods or services that that are more consistent with your use of the Application or with the App Data.

USE OF DATA BY THIRD PARTIES
The App Admin may make the App Data available to a third party that assists or provides services related to the operation and maintenance of the Application. The App Admin may also make the App Data available to a third party that will promote or advertise products and services on the Application. The App Admin shall enter into an agreement with each such third party pursuant to which the third party shall agree (1) to only use the App Data in regard to the operation or maintenance of the Application or the promotion of products or services on the Application; and (2) not to provide, disclose or make available such App Data to any other party.

IDENTIFICATION OF YOUR MOBILE DEVICE AND PHYSICAL LOCATION
Your mobile phone or tablet (a "Mobile Device") includes a unique electronic identifier that may identify your Mobile Device or may identify you as the owner/ user of the Mobile Device (the "Device ID"). Also, your Mobile Device may include technology that allows the App Admin to identify the approximate physical location from which you are using your Mobile Device (the "Device Location"). The Device ID and Device Location may be used by App Admin to personalize the Application for your use by providing more relevant or location specific content, features, services or promotions. Except as necessary to (1) operate or maintain the Application or (2) provide the personalization noted above, the App Admin will make no other use of the Device ID or the Device Location. Please take note, though, that the wireless carrier that you use to connect your Mobile Device to the Application shall be able to collect your Device ID and Device Location; their use of such data is subject to their privacies and is not governed by this Privacy Policy.

NO USE BY CHILDREN
This Application should not be used by children under the age of 13.

OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY
Access to your data is limited to authorized App Admin staff or approved vendors. Although total security does not exist on wireless networks or devices, the App Admin shall make commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the App Data.

HOW TO ACCESS OR CORRECT YOUR INFORMATION
Upon request to the App Admin, you can access, review and update any personally identifiable App Data collected and held by the App Admin pursuant to this Privacy Policy; such requests can be made through creditunionres@primeallianceres.com. To protect your privacy and security, the App Admin may require a user ID and password to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The App Admin reserves the right to disclose the App Data, including your personally identifiable information, as required by law and when the App Admin believes that disclosure is necessary to protect the App Admin's rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. It is also possible that either of the companies that constitute the App Admin would sell their company or substantially all of their assets. In any transaction of this kind, customer information, including your App Data and personally identifiable information, may be among the assets that are transferred. If either of the companies that constitute the App Admin so transfers your App Data, you will be notified by a notice posted on the Application.

PRIVACY AND OTHER APPLICATIONS
The Application (including the promotions or advertising on the Application) may contain links to other mobile or web applications. The App Admin is not responsible for the privacy practices of the companies that provide such applications, advertisements or promotions. We encourage you to be aware when you click on these links, promotions or advertisement you leave this Application, and to read the privacy statements of each party that provides such link, promotion or advertisement. This Privacy Policy only applies to the App Data submitted to or collected by the Application.
